A coordination meeting to refine the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Government of Malaysia and Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia (UPNM) for the delivery of the National Resilience College (NRC) 2026–2030 was held at PUSPAHANAS.

The meeting was co-chaired by the Commandant of the National Resilience College, Major General Abdul Karim bin Ahmad, and the Dean of the Faculty of Defence Studies & Management, UPNM, Associate Professor Lt Colonel Ariffin bin Ismail. It was also attended by representatives from the Bahagian Operasi dan Latihan Pertahanan (BOLP) and PUSPAHANAS.

The session succeeded in further strengthening and improving the draft MOA, which is expected to be released soon for the benefit of all parties involved, particularly UPNM and the National Resilience College.
