On 21 November 2025, the National Resilience College (NRC) actively participated in the 7km Cross Country organised under PUSPAHANAS, involving the entire PUSPAHANAS community. All NRC staff and Course Members took part, underscoring the importance of physical fitness in enhancing mental sharpness and overall resilience. The event, organised by the Malaysian Armed Forces Staff College (MAFSC), is one of PUSPAHANAS’ annual activities and was officiated by the NRC Commandant, who conducted the flag-off. The cross country also recorded commendable achievements, with several officers and personnel securing placements in their respective categories, including Brig Gen Yazid, Kpl Ismanisa, and Kpl Hawa. The programme concluded with a prize-giving ceremony officiated by the President of PUSPAHANAS, marking a fitting close to a successful and spirited annual event.
