The National Resilience College was honoured to welcome His Excellency Jacques Werner, the Dutch Ambassador in Kuala Lumpur, as an Eminent Speaker for 2025. His session, titled “Netherlands and Malaysia’s Bilateral Relationship: A Shared Interest,” offered valuable insights into the long-standing ties between both nations. The talk highlighted the mutual benefits of continued cooperation in areas such as trade, sustainability, and global diplomacy—reinforcing the importance of strategic partnerships in ensuring resilience and shared progress on the international stage.
