The National Resilience College (NRC) had the honour of hosting Datuk Ir. Ts. Dr Mahadi Mohamad, Member of the External Advisory Committee for PhD in Sustainable Development at the Jeffrey Sachs Centre on Sustainable Development. Delivering a session on “Enhancing Environmental Sustainability through Regional Environmental Governance: The Case of ASEAN,” he highlighted the importance of cross-border cooperation, sustainable policies, and ASEAN’s collective role in tackling environmental challenges. His insights enriched the participants’ understanding of regional governance as a key driver for resilience and sustainable development.
