The National Resilience College recently welcomed Brigadier General Prof Dr Mohd Arshil Moideen, Head of the School of Medicine and Health Sciences at Monash University Malaysia, as an Eminent Speaker, where he delivered an insightful lecture on “Malaysia’s Health Security in Practice: Shielding the People from External Health Threats.” Held on 19 August 2025 at NRC Putrajaya, the session highlighted the importance of safeguarding the nation against global health risks and offered valuable perspectives at the nexus of medicine, security, and strategy.
