The National Resilience College (NRC) was honoured to welcome Commissioner of Police Dato’ Seri Mohd Shuhaily bin Mohd Zain, Director General of the Malaysian Border Control and Protection Agency, as our Eminent Speaker on the topic “Internal Security Threat to Malaysia’s National Security.” His insightful address shed light on the pressing challenges posed by internal security threats, including cross-border crime, smuggling, and extremist networks, and how these issues directly impact Malaysia’s national resilience. The session provided course members with a deeper understanding of the importance of safeguarding internal stability as the foundation of broader national security.
