The National Resilience College proudly welcomed General Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Dr. Zulkifeli Bin Mohd Zin (R), former Chief of Defence Forces (CDF), as an eminent speaker for an insightful session on “Leadership in Crisis: Harnessing National Power in the Face of Uncertainty – The Case of the Lahad Datu Incident.” General Zulkifeli’s distinguished career includes leading critical missions such as serving as the Panglima Angkatan Tentera (2011-2016), Head of Mission for the International Monitoring Team in Mindanao, and playing a pivotal role in managing the Lahad Datu crisis in 2013. His extensive experience, including his tenure as the Director-General of National Security, National Security Council (2016-2018), brings invaluable insights into crisis leadership and national security strategies. This event offered an exceptional opportunity to learn from a leader whose strategic vision and operational acumen have contributed significantly to Malaysia’s defence and security landscape.
