The National Resilience College welcomed Distinguished Prof. Datuk Dr Shamsul Amri Baharuddin FASc (Shamsul A.B.) as an Eminent Speaker on 29 January 2026 at NRC, Putrajaya. A Fellow of the Academy of Science Malaysia, UNESCO Chair at UKM (Communication and Social Cohesion), and Founding Director of KITA, he delivered an insightful session on “Social Political Stability as the Pillar of Malaysia’s National Resilience.” The discussion underscored why socio-political stability mattered at the strategic level: it sustained public trust and legitimacy, strengthened social cohesion, and enabled effective governance and policy continuity—especially in a complex, plural society facing evolving domestic and external pressures.
