During the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition 2025 (LIMA’25), the National Resilience College delegation, headed by Commandant Major General Johnny Lim Eng Seng, took part in two high-level forums: Air Chiefs Horizon 2025 (ACH25) and the Malaysia Maritime Conference (MMC) 2025. ACH25 gathered the Royal Malaysian Air Force leadership, industry experts and regional counterparts to explore next-generation air-power concepts and foster professional networking. At the same time, MMC 2025 delved into harnessing the Blue Economy and charting forward-looking maritime policy. These engagements offered NRC’s faculty and course members invaluable strategic insights into emerging aerospace technologies, inter-service collaboration, and maritime governance—knowledge that will enhance the College’s research and policy-advisory missions.
