The National Resilience College was delighted to host delegates from the National Defence College Bangladesh, headed by Major General Md Moshfequr Rahman. The event featured a thought-provoking talk by Professor Ruhanas Harun from the National Defence University of Malaysia, who discussed “The South China Sea Dispute and the Creation of a Peaceful Regional Order in the Indo-Pacific Region: Issues and Challenges.” Following her presentation, NRC Commandant, Major General Datuk Johnny Lim Eng Seng and Major General Md Moshfequr Rahman both delivered the closing remarks, highlighting the importance of regional security cooperation.
