On 28 October 2025, a joint committee meeting between the National Resilience College (Maktab Ketahanan Nasional) and the National Defence University of Malaysia (UPNM) was held at the Kalam Azad Meeting Room, Malaysian Armed Forces Staff College (Maktab Turus Angkatan Tentera). The meeting aimed to strengthen strategic collaboration between the two institutions across various areas, including academic development and joint research initiatives.

The Programme began with welcome addresses delivered by the Commandant of the National Defence College and the Vice-Chancellor of UPNM, followed by detailed discussions on the pre-determined agenda. Key topics included the improvement of course modules, exchange of expertise, and collaborative initiatives. The meeting proceeded smoothly, with active interaction and constructive suggestions from all committee members, highlighting the importance of coordination and mutual understanding in achieving shared objectives.
